Specialized Civil Practice

Our practice is committed to providing high quality legal services and to achieving timely, favorable results for our clients.  After nearly 30 years of legal practice, we have attained skills and experience in areas of the law which we now focus on.

Our Specialized Civil Practice focuses on:

Personal Injury:
We represent individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others, whether in automobile or motorcycle accidents, by dangerous or defective products, or from a dangerous condition of property.
Our practice focuses primarily on serious and catastrophic injury, as well as accidental or wrongful death.

Estate Planning:
We work with individuals and families to plan for the distribution of their Estate, whether through the means of a Will or a Trust.
We strive to produce a comprehensive plan, which covers foreseeable or anticipated needs both during life and after death.

In all of our practice areas, if a case requires Litigation, we have over 25 years of litigation experience, since 1986.  An experienced litigator will save you time and money when compared to an inexperienced lawyer.
We take a proactive approach to litigation and are able to resolve a majority of cases prior to incurring the expense and risk of trial, but should your case require it, we have tried over a dozen cases to verdict or decision, with excellent results.

Real Estate and Property Law:

Our practice includes the representation of Landlords in Unlawful Detainer (Eviction) actions.

We also offer a wide range of services to include negotiations and preparation of Purchase and Sale agreements.  If a deal goes bad, we are experienced in successfully prosecuting and defending Breach of Contract and Fraud actions, including through trial.

Probate and Estate Administration and Litigation:

We work with Executors, Administrators and Trustees to administer and ultimately distribute the Estate, whether by way of a Will or a Trust, and to settle an Estate through the probate or trust administration.

We also are experienced in establishing and administering Conservatorships which protect the assets of a loved one who is no longer able to manage their own financial or personal affairs.

In the event that litigation is necessary to carry out the wishes of the Deceased, we are fully qualified to handle any estate litigation requirements, whether on behalf of an Administrator, a beneficiary, or heir.
